Tonia Sotiropoulou

Tonia Sotiropoulou is a Greek actor and producer known for her dynamic work across international and Greek cinema. She gained global attention for her role in Skyfall, becoming the first Greek actor to appear in the James Bond franchise. Her career includes collaborations with acclaimed directors such as Palme d’Or winner Vassilis Kekatos and Peter Strickland, and spans independent films, studio productions, and television in both Greek and English.

In addition to her on-screen work, Tonia is also a producer and passionate advocate for animal welfare. She is the co-founder of A Little Shelter, a rescue organization for stray cats and dogs based in Athens.

Marianna Palka

Marianna Palka had her acting debut in NYC off Broadway at age 17. She wrote and directed over 20 projects, all of which went to Sundance, Cannes, Tribeca and London festivals, among others. She’s been a juror and a host of award shows multiple times and acts in film & TV such as Glow (Netflix), Good Omens (Amazon / BBC) and Girls (HBO). Sean Connery presented her with a directing award for her first film when she was 22. SAG, EMMY and Golden Globe Award winner, Marianna is currently working on multiple new projects and is based in Glasgow.

Alice Shone

Alice has been part of the screening and on selection teams for a number prestigious festivals, including Toronto International Film Festival, Encounters and the Cork International Film Festival. She has also worked in the shorts team for The Tribeca Film Festival since 2018 where she currently holds the title of Animation Programmer and represents Tribeca at festivals primarily in Europe but also worldwide. Alice has a tremendous passion for championing short films, and specialising in both animated and queer shorts. Outside of programming and screening for festival Alice works in animation production and post production on a variety of projects.
